Our Executive Chef at H-Bistro, Stephen Jean Dion, created this full-flavoured dish from fresh top-quality ingredients from all around the world including Southern Australian lamb, Italian soft-ripened cheese, and Tibet black garlic. The Murray grain-fed lamb cutlets with lamb shank filled past pockets, Rabiola foam, and a pommery mustard jus scented with spear mint is priced at 1,150 baht++.
